Welcome to 5th grade, Valle Crucis Cougars! I am will be teaching all of our fifth graders reading and Social Studies. We willl be using a varitey of reading materials and will try to integrate our reading with Social Studies. Social Studies is a very broad span of time covering early native Americans throught the Civil War and Reconstruction. There will be many student created research based projects utilizing our new web based instructional page Canvas.
