My name is Laura Elliott and I teach 8th grade science and social studies at Parkway School.  This will be my fifth year at Parkway and my 18th year of teaching 8th grade.  My family and I moved from Transylvania County to Watauga County 6 years ago.  My husband also works for the school system and I have a son and a daughter that both attend Parkway School. We all love Watauga County's beautiful scenery and enjoy hiking and biking.
