I am so excited to be teaching First Grade at Parkway.  This school year will be my 11th year here at Parkway.  Before coming to Parkway, I taught first grade in South Carolina. I grew up in Charlotte, NC and attended Appalachian State.  I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2007 and again in 2010 with a Masters in Reading Education.  

 I enjoy all the changes and learning that happen in first grade.  Our days are always filled with laughter, smiles and, most importantly, learning.  I can't wait to see all the wonderful things that we will learn this year.
