Mrs. Tammy Whichard

This is my 3rd year at Hardin Park and my 11th year teaching Exceptional Children. I was previously teaching in Virginia Beach. My husband and I have been planning to move to these Mountains since 2008 and in 2014 we finally took the leap. I am very grateful to be teaching at Hardin Park. The staff and families here could not have been more welcoming. My personal teaching philosophy is that first, every child derserves to be loved, respected, and kept safe. Second, I believe absolutely that every child has potential and that every child can learn.
