School Bus Driver Training

WATAUGA COUNTY SCHOOLS BUS DRIVER TRAINING

In person bus driver training classes will be held from 8:30-3:00 each day. Virtual classes will be held from 8:30 - 5:00. In order to attend the classes, you must have a recommendation from a school principal, the transportation director, or be a current school employee. Please bring your driver's license, social security card, and a pen or pencil. All currently scheduled classes are listed below. You may attend training for Watauga County School at any of the locations listed below. The beginning hourly rate of pay for a school bus driver in Watauga County is $17.00.
