IMPORTANT!  Before coming to the first practice, all athletes and parents must fill out all athletic participation forms thorugh Family ID.  These  forms can be found at the following link: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/watauga-middle-school-athletics 

All athletes must have a current physical (within the past 395 days), on file before they can try out or participate.  They must also be academically eligible and meet attendance requirements.
