WHS Announcements

  • For the upcoming school year, SENIORS ONLY will have the opportunity to purchase a pass and paint their parking space at WHS.  Painting will take place on 2 days, and spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Seniors who choose NOT to paint their parking space can still pay parking fees and pick up schedules at these designated times.  Please review the information below and contact Ms. Shepherd or Ms. Stark via email if you have questions.

  • Orientation for Freshmen/New Students will take place on Thursday, August 16th at Watauga High School. 


    Returning students can stop by WHS to fill out paperwork and pay school fees the following dates and time:

    August 9th (12:30-3:30 pm & 4:30-6:30 pm)

    August 13th (12:30-3:30 pm & 4:30-6:30 pm)

  • WHS Summer Hours

    Watauga High School will adopt a summer work week of four 10-hour days -- Monday through Thursday -- effective with the work week of June 11-21 and continuing through the week of August 6-9. 

    Office hours will be 7:30-4:30.
